Blues and BBQ Wine Festival - May 27th - 1:00pm till 6:00pm

On the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend we are bringing back Frank Bey for our Blues & BBQ Wine Festival. He will be kicking off the summer of 2012 with songs from great artists like Ray Charles, Sam Cooke, Otis Redding, Fats, and many more. His performance is always one of the best in the vineyard. We also have Willy and Roy cooking up a pig roast all afternoon, that's North Carolina style, and we have all the fixings. Paulie D will be here with his italian sausage sandwiches, peppers and onions, plus his new cheese plates. As always, Ray will be here with his sausage bread, pizza, and popcorn. At 2:30 we are offering a signature tour of the vineyard and barrel room at no cost. Our winemaker Alfred Natali will guide you through the production of the grapes, from the vines through to press, from the barrel room to the bottle. At 4:00 our local beekeeper Gary Schempp, will be giving a talk on honey production. We have over 58,000 bees on the front of our farm that are currently pollinating our beach plum trees. He has recently been in the news for an extraction of bees in Vineland and Cape May. You might not want to miss this event.
